Anaheim school districts sue to shut down charter school

Two Anaheim school districts are suing the Orange County Department of Education, seeking to shut down a charter school that has raised concerns with some educators. Anaheim Union High School District and Anaheim Elementary School District filed a lawsuit Friday in Orange County Superior Court seeking an injunction that would prevent the Oklahoma-based Excellence Performance Innovation Citizenship, or EPIC, from operating its online K-12 school in Anaheim, the districts said.
