Anaheim puts union interests ahead of workers
Christmas came early for Los Angeles union bosses in 2019 when on Dec. 3, 2019 the Anaheim City Council voted to approve a union-created Project Labor Agreement (PLA) that will essentially cover all taxpayer-funded construction projects in the city.
