Anaheim orders 6 p.m. curfew to quell potential unrest

With three different protests scheduled in Anaheim for Monday afternoon and evening, June 1, city officials announced a citywide curfew from 6 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
Two of the events were set before the curfew, and one would fall after the curfew is in effect.
“It is out of an abundance of caution to safeguard our community,” city spokesman Mike Lyster said.
