Anaheim has a voting map ... almost

Even though the city's Advisory Committee on Electoral Districts winnowed more than 30 possible options down to one recommended map, the City Council will have the ultimate say on how Anaheim is sliced into six separate voting districts. Latinos are a majority in one voting district and account for a good portion in two other districts under the recommended map, drawn by 24-year-old substitute teacher Oscar Reyes of Anaheim.
