Anaheim briefs: Take a leap into Anaheim High’s new pool

Check out Anaheim High’s new aquatic center during a fundraiser Feb. 29 that will include a student swim-a-thon.
“Take a Leap Day Dip” will run from 9 a.m. to noon.  Among attendees will be Olympic swim coach Jon Urbanchek, who led Anaheim High championship swim and water polo teams between 1964 and 1978. The aquatic center has been named after Coach Urbanchek.
