Soka University named Bryan Penprase as dean of faculty and professor of science. Michael Weiner has also been named as the associate dean of faculty. This year’s commencement speaker will be Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, known for his research on positive psychology.
Town hall
A town hall on human trafficking will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 25, at City Hall, 30111 Crown Valley Parkway in Laguna Niguel. The town hall will discuss the issue and offer residents advice on ho
