LOS ANGELES — When the Dodgers submitted their 2019 National League Division Series roster Thursday morning, it included four rookies. And there could have been more.
That’s not an outlier, either. It’s a trend.
Will Smith started Thursday night’s Game 1 against Washington, and he is the Dodgers’ everyday catcher. Second baseman Gavin Lux took the night off with lefty Patrick Corbin starting, came off the bench to rip a home run off reliever Hunter Strickland in the
