Alexander: Eric Weddle and Ravens present chess match for Chargers

COSTA MESA — It will be the chess match within the chess match Saturday night at the soon-to-be-renamed StubHub Center.
Eric Weddle and Philip Rivers were teammates for nine seasons in San Diego. They faced each other regularly on the practice field, and they would compare notes on the sideline, in the locker room, even in the sauna.
