Airbnb program offers free stays to frontline responders during COVID-19 outbreak

Airbnb co-founder and CEO Brian Chesky has partnered with Los Angeles County leaders and statewide union representatives to create a network of free living accommodations for frontline responders and others working in private and public California hospitals amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Chesky pledged $1.5 to create a program that will support stays for up to 1,000 workers. They will will be able to book free accommodations at Airbnb listings and at hotels through the company’s HotelTonight
