Sophie’s story: Sophie sure doesn’t look her age. At almost 16 years, she’s still got energy. She’s sweet, social and easy to get along with. But, like most seniors, she has some special needs that will require ongoing care. She is on medications for some hip pain and an enlarged heart. Aside from these issues,
