Jasper’s story: Jasper has spent a lot of his life being misunderstood. His owners turned him into a shelter in Los Angeles County because they didn’t have the patience to help him learn to live happily with them. Jasper is a fun-loving,  happy dog who has a lot of energy. He needs walks and interaction to help him channel that energy. He loves to play with other dogs and is easy to train, as he loves food
