From Freddie Mac’s weekly survey: The 30-year fixed averaged 4.22 percent, up 7 basis points from last week’s 4.15 percent. The 15-year fixed averaged 3.68 percent, 6 basis points higher than last week’s 3.62 percent. It’s the fourth straight week of rising rates, with interest up at least 27 basis points since the beginning of the year.
