405 Freeway in Long Beach shut down on both sides as person in disabled vehicle is arrested

Authorities shut down both sides of the 405 Freeway in Long Beach on Sunday as police arrested an occupant of a broken-down vehicle.
Callers reported a disabled vehicle in northbound lanes of the freeway near the Bellflower Boulevard in Long Beach at about 12:25 p.m., according to California Highway Patrol Officer Elizabeth Kravig.
