3-level Museum Hotel project gets pushback from Laguna planning commission

The Museum Hotel — a block-long project in North Laguna Beach proposed by local real estate developer Mo Honarkar — has to find its identity.
The project, one of six large developments planned by Honarkar and the Laguna Beach Co., went before Laguna Beach’s Planning Commission and commissioners pushed back on the concept, saying the developer needs to more clearly define what the hotel project is about.
