3 arrested in Costa Mesa following chase, crash

COSTA MESA >> Three people were in custody today after leading authorities on a chase throughout Orange County that ended in Costa Mesa where the suspect vehicle crashed head on into a big rig.
The chase began around 11 p.m. Thursday in Santa Ana, according to reports from the scene.
During the chase, the vehicle collided with one car and continued on. There were no immediate reports of serious injuries.
