2 pit bulls kill cat, bite man in Santa Ana

Two pit bulls running wild killed a cat, chased a woman and bit a man Friday morning, June 23 in Santa Ana, authorities said.
Multiple people called police around 9:20 a.m. to report that the two dogs had killed a cat in the 3100 block of South Lowell Street.
“Then they went after a woman, but she got away,” said Santa Ana police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna. “That’s when they attacked a small dog with a man.”
