2 Orange County attorneys disbarred; 2 more suspended

The State Bar of California has disciplined four Orange County attorneys, disbarring two and suspending two others.
The attorneys were disciplined by the state bar for petty theft, mishandling clients’ money and performing loan modifications without proper licensing.
