2 killed in Thursday’s freeway accident in Garden Grove are ID’d

GARDEN GROVE – The Orange County coroner’s office on Friday released the name of a man struck by a vehicle when he got out of a disabled vehicle on the 22 freeway and a woman injured in a subsequent crash who died at a hospital.
