2 charged in suspected gang killing in Santa Ana in November

SANTA ANA — Authorities say a documented Santa Ana gang member and a gang associate have been charged in the death of a rival gang member in November.
Vincent Alcaraz, 47, is charged with murder, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a controlled substance while armed with a gun and prohibited person owning ammunition, all felonies.
