2 Camp Pendleton fires burn more than 7,500 acres

Firefighters continued to battle two blazes on Camp Pendleton Wednesday, June 10, that had burned more than 7,500 acres of brush, according to the base.
The larger of the fires had burned about 7,000 acres as of about noon, according to a social media update from base officials. The smaller had burned about 500 acres. Both were about 20% contained around that time.
