X users report more issues accessing app, site after Monday outages

(NEXSTAR) — After a brief outage and a quick recovery, users are again reporting problems with X on Monday.As of 11:15 a.m. ET, the web version of X could not be reached, users reported. The X app was also reportedly down.
Downdetector shows more than 7,000 user-reported issues with X. While high, that's down from the more than 40,000 outage reports the platform received around 10 a.m. ET.
