Witness: 1 dead in officer-involved shooting

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The feds were on scene early Saturday morning, and while details are still being sorted out, things didn’t go as planned. One man is dead after a U.S. Marshals operation near Central and Unser.
New Mexico State Police say they were called to investigate an officer-involved shooting just after 6 in the morning.
In a statement, the agency said the U.S. Marshals Service was serving an arrest warrant when “an incident occurred and shots were fired.”
