White Sands National Park hosting presentation on fossilized footprints found in park

WHITE SANDS, N.M. (KRQE) – White Sands National Park will host a presentation on fossilized footprints found in the park that date back an estimated 21,000 to 23,000 years.The presentation will be held on Aug. 19 during the park's "August's Full Moon Night" event at 8 p.m. Resource Management Program Manager David Bustos will talk about ancient humans, how they hunted, how they lived, and the current study of the fossilized footprints. NASA will launch 8 scientific balloons
