Water main break floods northwest Albuquerque neighborhood

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Crews are working to a repair a water main break that’s flooding a neighborhood in northwest Albuquerque near 2nd Street and Griegos.The city says about 30 homes between 6th and 9th are expected to be without water for a while.
Right now water is gushing into people’s yards but there have been no reports of homes flooding. A neighbor said they’ve seen possible sinkholes in the area.The city says the break itself should be patched up in an hour or two,
