(WFLA)— A man found unresponsive inside a boat, spinning in circles on Florida's Lake Dias, was saved by Volusia Sheriff's Office and Volusia County Fire Rescue.Crews responded to the lake on Tuesday and spotted an unresponsive man on a boat that was driving in circles.
