Volunteers needed to honor veterans for Memorial Day

SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Department of Veterans’ Affairs is asking for the public’s help to get ready for Memorial Day.
They’re looking for volunteers to place more than 50,000 flags on the gravesites at the Santa FeNational Cemetery.
They need volunteers on Friday, May 27, and again for removal on the Tuesday after Memorial Day.
