VIDEO: K-9 attacks standoff suspect at Oregon rest stop

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man was arrested at a rest stop in Albany, Oregon, after officials say he pointed a gun at people, then engaged in a standoff with Oregon State Police troopers late Friday afternoon.Police initially responded to the Santiam Rest Area after receiving a report of the man pointing a gun at others.When troopers arrived on scene, OSP said the man was "not compliant" and entered a vehicle.Warren Buffett shocks shareholders by announcing his intention to retire at the en
