Video: Former Santa Fe attorney asks officer for ‘break’ during DWI arrest

ESPAÑOLA, N.M. (KRQE) – Carlos Fierro served prison time for driving drunk and killing a man. Newly released police video shows the former Santa Fe attorney being arrested in northern New Mexico, once again accused of driving drunk.
When Fierro was released from a state prison back in 2012, he said he’d made a lot of changes. During his recent arrest with New Mexico State Police, he asked the officer for a break.
