Valencia County Sheriff's Office investigating double homicide

VALENCIA COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) – The Valencia County Sheriff's Office is investigating a double homicide on Wednesday.
Deputies first responded to a call around 12:13 p.m. about a person who had been shot in the chest at the intersection of S. El Cerro Loop and Inspiration Drive. When deputies arrived, they found a 61-year-old man from Los Lunas had been shot. He was taken to the hospital in Albuquerque and died.Story continues below
