US Marshals: Wanted fugitive apprehended after fleeing from authorities

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Authorities say a fugitive wanted on several felony warrants, including aggravated battery, was apprehended Wednesday.
Bernalillo County deputies and U.S. Marshals were searching for Ernest Casias Jr. since Tuesday night. Marshals say that’s when he got away from them near 46th Street and Central Avenue.
The U.S. Marshals Service said late Wednesday night that Casias was apprehended without incident.
