UNM students protest Trump election with campus ‘walk out’

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Students at the University of New Mexico are walking out in protest of the election of Donald Trump.
The group organizing it has been putting up posters across UNM’s campus and has been putting the word out on Facebook. They call it a movement to “reclaim campus and walk out against hate.”
Many marching against what they say has been an increase in hate crimes against minorities.
