UNM Health Science Center set to expand drug development

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center (UNMHSC) has been invited to join in with the leading edge of drug discovery and development in the fight against cancer.
The invitation was brought on by the Chemical Biology Consortium, the discovery engine for the NCI Experimental Therapeutics program. This program takes interesting drug projects and moves them from the early phases of drug discovery through drug development and into clinical trial.
