UNM Defense finished strong in home opener

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The 2016 Lobo Football team opened up their season at home with a 48-21 win. This Lobo offense looked explosive with great performances from their running back core. Most notably Teriyon Gipson, who finished with 181 yards on eight carries with two touchdowns.
