Udall introduces compensation bill for Animas spill victims

Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy told Congress last week that the federal government will establish a fair compensation system for victims of the toxic Gold Creek Mine Spill, and today New Mexico lawmakers introduced legislation to hold McCarthy to her word.
