Two New Mexico projects win Excellence in Reclamation Awards

NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – The New Mexico Energy, Minerals, and Natural Resources Department's Mining and Minerals Division has recognized two recipients of its 2023 Excellence in Reclamation Award.
