Tropical storm Hermine continues to surge

DEKLE BEACH, Fla. (KRQE) — Forecasters said tropical storm Hermine, which has worked its way from Florida to North Carolina, continues to surge.
They said it has generated intense rain and 50 m.p.h. winds. It could strengthen back into a hurricane by Monday morning off the Maryland-Delaware coast before weakening again as it moves north.
