Trash piles up along Santa Fe River

  Is it a homeless person’s camp or just a dump? This southern pedestrian approach to downtown is marred for anyone who gazes down at the Santa Fe River from the Galisteo Street bridge. Scads of detritus are scattered under the trees. Time for another river clean-up?
