Train derailment closes I-40 off ramp, underpass near Santa Rosa

 
SANTA ROSA, N.M. (KRQE) – A train derailment east of Santa Rosa has shut down an exit along I-40.
The State Department of Transportation says the off ramp and underpass at mile marker 284 on I-40 is closed.
Traffic is being detoured at the Cuervo exit 291. The closure is expected to last about 24-26 hours, according to the New Mexico DOT.
