Traffic restrictions lifted at busy northeast Albuquerque intersection

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) –The intersection of Montgomery Blvd. and Wyoming Blvd. in Albuquerque has been fully reopened following temporary lane restrictions that went into effect August 31.
