Tornado Warning issued for Chavez County

NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Tornado Warning for southwestern Chaves County in southeastern New Mexico.
The Tornado Warning has been issued for south end of Chaves County until 3:15 p.m. Thursday.
A severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 10 miles northeast of Dunken, or 36 miles east of Cloudcroft, and is moving east at 20 mph. The storm is also producing ping pong size hail, according to the National Weather
