Timeline changes in Lilly Garcia case

Accused killer Tony Torrez walked in to court Friday wearing cuffs, and lawyers met briefly with Judge Charles Brown. All in all, he spent about two minutes in the courtroom. Lilly Garcia’s parents and family members said that didn’t matter.
