Three APD officers hurt in incident on city’s west side

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Albuquerque Police have confirmed three officers were hurt in a Saturday afternoon incident that involved a chase and a suspect arrested.
APD spokesperson Officer Fred Duran says it all started when police responded to a domestic violence call. Duran says the suspect fled and officers gave chase. The suspect eventually crashed into an APD cruiser at 64th and Churchill Road SW.
