Teen murder suspect to face judge again

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – One of the six teens accused of shooting and killing an Albuquerque bartender will face a judge once again Tuesday.
Matthew Baldonado ended up back in jail in September after violating his curfew. That arrest captured on lapel video shows the teen not cooperating and mouthing off to officers.
Baldonado is one of six teens accused of gunning down Steven Gerecke in his driveway after a night of mobbing.
