Tai Chan Trial: Security guard describes scene at hotel

LAS CRUCES, N.M. (KRQE) – The murder trial for a Santa Fe County Deputy who killed his partner continues on Wednesday.
In court, a security guard told the jury he saw Tai Chan going after Jeremy Martin at the hotel, the night Chan shot Martin.
It happened in October 2014 while the two were in Las Cruces on their way back from a prisoner transport in Arizona.
Chan is accused of shooting Martin several times and killing him after a night of drinking.
