Sydney Benally flips college commitment

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – There is a change of plans for Sydney Benally's future. The Sandia High School star basketball player has flipped her decision from Princeton and will now be taking her talents to BYU.The reigning Gatorade New Mexico girls basketball player of the year had previously committed to play for the Tigers in October. In a social media post, Benally said that playing for the Cougars allows her to be closer to home and BYU is where she is meant to be.
