SWAT sergeant explains his ‘concern’ with James Boyd standoff

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) –  In the murder trial of two former Albuquerque Police officers, a retired SWAT sergeant told the jury on Tuesday what concerned him about the standoff with homeless camper James Boyd.
