Suspect not found after SWAT standoff in northwest Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Law enforcement has turned up empty-handed after a hours-long SWAT standoff that impacted the morning commute and the start to school.
Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office says 35-year-old Steven Lucero’s girlfriend called them around 10 p.m. Sunday night.that Osuna Road westbound is still closed.
She said that he is wanted for multiple warrants that he threatened her with a weapon.
