Suspect in murder of Albuquerque bartender accepts a plea deal

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – No more murder charges for one of the teens accused of going on a crime spree and killing an Albuquerque man in his driveway. In court Tuesday, Andrew Hubler took a plea deal.
There was no mention of murder this morning in court and the wife of Steven Gerecke says all these cases have been “severed.”
