Suspect in custody after shooting at Valencia County deputies

VALENCIA COUNTY, N.M (KRQE) – A SWAT situation in Valencia County has come to an end.
It happened around 11:30 Wednesday night after a suspect shot at deputies, officials say.
The shooting prompted a SWAT situation in Meadow Lake with multiple agencies responding.
Officials tell KRQE News 13 the suspect was later taken into custody.
Valencia County officials say that no one was injured in the incident.
Police have not released any further information about the incident at this time.
