Student facing charges for bringing gun to West Mesa High School

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A gun was confiscated from a West Mesa High School student Tuesday. Albuquerque Public Schools sent out a letter to parents saying that a student brought the gun on campus in a backpack. Student arrested after gun goes off at West Mesa High SchoolThe student is facing criminal charges and could be expelled. APS police and Albuquerque police are investigating.
